Terms for using Cabrey.ai.

These Terms govern access to and use of the Cabrey.ai website, software, applications, accounts, features, integrations, and related services. By accessing or using Cabrey.ai, you agree to these Terms.

Cabrey.ai provides software intended to help users research, analyze, prepare, organize, and review business work and related business information.

Cabrey.ai uses automated systems and artificial intelligence. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, approving, publishing, sending, distributing, or otherwise using them.

Cabrey.ai prepares work for your review. You remain responsible for business decisions and actions taken based on information or outputs produced through the service.

Cabrey.ai does not guarantee commercial, financial, sales, marketing, operational, partnership, hiring, investment, or other business outcomes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Cabrey.ai does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, regulatory, compliance, or other licensed professional advice. Appropriate professional advice should be obtained when necessary.

You must have authority to enter into these Terms and use Cabrey.ai. If you use Cabrey.ai on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials, and activities conducted through your account. Notify Cabrey.ai promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You remain responsible for prompts, business information, files, instructions, documents, data, and other material that you provide to Cabrey.ai.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority required to provide that material and use it through Cabrey.ai.

Cabrey.ai may integrate with or rely on third party services at your direction. You are responsible for authorizing connections and complying with applicable third party terms.

Cabrey.ai does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, practices, policies, or performance of third party services.

You may not use Cabrey.ai to:

• violate applicable law or regulation;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• access systems, accounts, or information without authorization;
• distribute malicious code or interfere with service operation;
• circumvent security, usage, technical, or access restrictions;
• misrepresent identity, affiliation, or authority;
• use the service to facilitate unlawful harm;
• attempt to reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law expressly permits it;
• resell or commercially exploit the service except as expressly authorized.

Cabrey.ai may provide beta, preview, early access, or experimental functionality. Such features may contain errors, operate with limitations, change materially, or be removed.

Cabrey.ai may add, modify, restrict, replace, suspend, or discontinue features, functionality, integrations, or service components as the product develops.

Subscription plans may include usage allowances, feature limits, account limits, user limits, rate limits, or other restrictions. Applicable plan details presented at purchase are part of the applicable subscription terms.

Where paid services are offered, you agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, and charges according to the pricing and billing terms shown when you subscribe or purchase services.

Cabrey.ai may use third party payment processors. Additional payment processor terms may apply.

Trial access may be subject to time limits, usage limits, feature limitations, eligibility requirements, or other restrictions. Cabrey.ai may modify or discontinue trial programs.

Cabrey.ai may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, security, legal compliance, or Cabrey.ai, or when these Terms are materially violated.

Cabrey.ai and its software, technology, designs, branding, trademarks, logos, documentation, interfaces, and related materials are owned by Cabrey.ai or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, comments, or feedback about Cabrey.ai, Cabrey.ai may use that feedback to improve, operate, or develop the service without an obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Users should exercise appropriate judgment before providing confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information. Any separate confidentiality obligations must be established in a written agreement where appropriate.

Information obtained from websites, public sources, third party services, connected systems, or other external sources may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unavailable, or changed without notice.

Cabrey.ai may experience interruptions, maintenance, technical issues, delays, provider outages, errors, or other service limitations. Continuous, secure, or error free availability is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cabrey.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, noninfringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cabrey.ai and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, business interruption, or similar losses arising from or relating to use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Cabrey.ai arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Cabrey.ai during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cabrey.ai and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Cabrey.ai will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet or infrastructure outages, provider failures, natural events, governmental actions, labor disruptions, or comparable events.

Cabrey.ai may update these Terms as the service evolves. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an applicable update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

These Terms, together with applicable policies and any separately executed agreement governing your use of Cabrey.ai, constitute the agreement relating to your use of the service.
